1. Who we are and what this covers

QuickMaths (quickmaths.co) is a set of free, browser-based tools operated by Mina Logic ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What QuickMaths is, and is not

QuickMaths tools use artificial intelligence to read financial documents you upload and to produce organised data: transaction lists, category totals, VAT estimates and quarterly summaries.

Not advice. Nothing on this site, and nothing the tools output, is tax, accounting, legal or financial advice. We are not accountants, tax agents or financial advisers, and no adviser-client relationship is created by using the site.
Not filing software. QuickMaths is not HMRC-recognised Making Tax Digital software and cannot submit anything to HMRC.
AI output contains errors. Extraction and categorisation are performed by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete or misattributed. You must verify all output against your own records before relying on it, especially before using any figure in a tax return, VAT return or quarterly update. Responsibility for what you file with HMRC remains yours.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to upload only documents you are entitled to process, and not to use the site for anything unlawful, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, to probe or circumvent its security, or to use automated means to extract the service at scale.

4. Third-party services

Uploaded documents are processed using the Google Gemini API, and advertising is served by Google AdSense. Your use of the site involves those services operating under their own terms. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice, and we give no guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its design and its content (other than documents you upload and the data extracted from them) belong to Mina Logic or its licensors. You retain all rights in your documents; you grant us the limited right to process them solely to provide the service. Exported spreadsheets generated from your documents are yours.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its output, including any penalty, interest or additional tax arising from figures used in a filing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date.
